About Us

Conveyor Units Ltd are the Original Equipment Manufacturer of the UNI-XU range, being UNI-XU Lineshaft Driven Powered Roller Conveyor, UNI-XU Gravity Conveyor, UNI-XU Belt Conveyor, UNI-XU Motorised Roller Conveyor and UNI-XU Pallet Handling Conveyor. To complement our equipment we also provide various ancillary items for use with our standard products.

We have over 45 years experience in the manufacture and supply of conveyors and conveyor components, during which time we commenced manufacture of the first Lineshaft driven powered roller accumulation conveyor in the U.K.

The majority of components are manufactured in house, where we have our own plastic injection moulding facility, press shops, fabrication shops and powder coating plant. A visit to our works would enable you to see components ranging from light duty plastic bearing cages through to pallet handling conveyor frames. This gives us considerable advantage over our competitors with aspect to price, delivery and quality control, which conforms to BS EN ISO 9002: 1994.

Other proprietary items such as electric motors, pneumatic cylinders and transmission timing belts are sourced from reputable suppliers.
